The Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) began in Boston, Massachusetts in 1915 and has been educating, innovating, and pushing the industry forward since that point. AFE’s client’s needs included design and layout for their trade journals, refined brand guidelines, landing page designs, podcast album artwork, social media design content, and more. The brand guidelines expanded to include a more expanded color palette, icon suite, refined type hierarchy, and textures that featured building materials allowing beautiful design details that trickled through web designs and layouts.
